Welcome to the Marijuana Handlers™ Vermont Responsible Vendor Training Program.

This course is designed to provide licensed cannabis employees and managers with a practical, plain-language understanding of Vermont cannabis laws, regulatory requirements, and responsible sales practices.

This training is grounded in:

• Vermont Cannabis Control Law – 7 V.S.A. Chapter 33
• Vermont Cannabis Control Board Rules – Board Rule 1
• Vermont Cannabis Control Board Rules – Board Rule 2
• Oversight by the Vermont Cannabis Control Board (CCB)

Course Objectives

By the end of this course, participants will be able to:

• Understand the structure and authority of the Vermont Cannabis Control Board
• Identify employee registration requirements and workplace responsibilities
• Recognize prohibited conduct and disciplinary risks
• Apply responsible sales practices and public health standards
