Marijuana Handlers™ | Vermont Cannabis Responsible Vendor Training

This course is designed to support licensed cannabis establishments in Vermont in meeting their responsibility to train employees on applicable cannabis laws, safety standards, and operational compliance requirements under Vermont law.

Vermont regulates adult-use cannabis through the Vermont Cannabis Control Board (CCB), which oversees licensing, regulatory compliance, inspections, and enforcement for cannabis establishments operating within the state.

Participants receive instruction on:

• Employee responsibilities under Vermont cannabis regulations
• State licensing structure and regulatory oversight
• Health, safety, and responsible cannabis sales practices
• Identification verification and diversion prevention
• Inventory control, security procedures, and compliance awareness

This training is intended for dispensary employees, managers, and other cannabis establishment personnel who work in licensed cannabis facilities in the State of Vermont.

Successful completion of this course, including all quizzes and the final examination, provides documentation of training completion for employer compliance records and internal regulatory documentation.
