This course is designed to support licensed compassion centers and retail cannabis establishments in meeting their responsibility to train employees on applicable cannabis laws, safety standards, and operational requirements, as overseen by the Rhode Island Cannabis Control Commission.

Participants receive instruction on:

• Employee responsibilities under Rhode Island cannabis regulations

• State licensing structure and prohibited conduct

• Health, safety, and responsible sales practices

• Identification verification and diversion prevention

• Inventory control, security, and compliance awareness

This course is intended for dispensary staff, managers, and other licensed cannabis establishment employees as part of an employer-led training program.

Successful completion of this course, including all quizzes and the final exam, provides documentation of training completion for employer compliance and internal recordkeeping purposes.
