Welcome to the Marijuana Handlers™ Missouri Responsible Vendor Training Program.

Course Overview

This course is designed to provide Missouri cannabis employees and managers with a practical, compliance-focused understanding of state cannabis laws, regulatory obligations, and operational safeguards under Missouri law.

Missouri cannabis operations are regulated by the Missouri Department of Health and Senior Services (DHSS) through the Division of Cannabis Regulation (DCR) under the authority of Article XIV of the Missouri Constitution and applicable state regulations.

Participants receive instruction on:

• Employee responsibilities under Missouri cannabis regulations
• The Missouri constitutional cannabis framework
• DHSS Division of Cannabis Regulation licensing and oversight
• Health, safety, and responsible sales practices
• Age verification and prevention of sales to minors
• Inventory control and seed-to-sale tracking requirements
• Security standards and inspection readiness
• Recordkeeping, reporting, and compliance documentation

This course applies to licensed Missouri cannabis establishments and is intended for retail staff, dispensary agents, cultivation employees, manufacturing personnel, testing facility staff, managers, compliance officers, and other licensed cannabis establishment employees as part of an employer-led compliance training program.

Successful completion of all instructional modules, quizzes, and the final examination provides documentation of training completion for internal compliance and employer recordkeeping purposes.

Failure to comply with Missouri cannabis law or Division of Cannabis Regulation rules may result in:
