The **Marijuana Handlers™ Alaska Responsible Vendor Training (RVT)** course provides required education for marijuana establishment agents operating within the State of Alaska.

This course is designed to ensure agents understand their legal responsibilities under **Alaska Statutes Title 17** and **3 AAC 306**, as enforced by the **Alaska Marijuana Control Board (AMCB)**.

Participants receive instruction on:

Course Requirements

• Required for all licensees, employees, or agents of a marijuana establishment who:
• Sell, cultivate, manufacture, test, or transport marijuana or marijuana products.
• Check identification of consumers or visitors.
• Permits are valid for 3 years from the date of course completion.
• No Alaska residency restrictions apply.
