Massachusetts Cannabis Delivery Driver Training (2.0)

This Massachusetts Cannabis Delivery Driver Training course is designed for licensed delivery agents, drivers, and personnel operating under the authority of the Massachusetts Cannabis Control Commission (CCC).

Course content is aligned with:

• Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 94G
• 935 CMR 500.000 (Adult-Use Marijuana Regulations)
• Applicable Cannabis Control Commission guidance and enforcement provisions

Course Purpose

This training provides structured, compliance-focused instruction to ensure delivery drivers understand their legal responsibilities, operational limitations, and public safety obligations while transporting cannabis within the Commonwealth.

The course emphasizes:

• Delivery license categories and agent authority
• Manifest and chain-of-custody documentation
• Vehicle security and transport requirements
• Identification verification and age compliance
• Diversion prevention and loss mitigation
• Incident reporting and regulatory interaction
• Post-delivery documentation and reconciliation

Who Should Complete This Course

This course is intended for:

• Licensed Delivery Agents
• Delivery Drivers and Couriers
• Delivery Operations Supervisors
• Employees participating in cannabis transport and fulfillment activities

Completion Requirements

• All lessons must be completed in full
• The Final Exam must be passed with a minimum score of 70%
• Two (2) retakes are permitted

Upon successful completion, students may access and download their Certificate of Completion.
