Course Access & Expiration Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Marijuana Handlers™ provides digital training programs and certification courses delivered online. Course access is granted upon successful enrollment and payment.

1. Access Period

Individual course enrollments include access for 180 days (6 months) from the date of purchase unless otherwise stated in the course description.

2. Expiration of Access

After the access period expires:

  • Course materials may no longer be accessible
  • Incomplete progress may be lost
  • A new enrollment may be required to regain access

3. Certificate Validity

Certificates of completion remain valid based on applicable state regulations or employer requirements. Expiration of course access does not invalidate a properly issued certificate.

4. Re-Enrollment

If access expires before completion, students must re-enroll in the course at the current listed price to continue or restart training.

5. Employer Accounts

Workforce or employer-sponsored enrollments may have customized access terms defined in a separate Employer Agreement.

6. Technical Support

If access issues occur during an active enrollment period, students must contact support before the expiration date for assistance.
