Refund Policy

Effective Date: January 1, 2026

Marijuana Handlers™ provides digital training programs, certification courses, and continuing education content delivered online. Because access to course materials is granted immediately upon enrollment, our refund policy is structured to protect both students and the integrity of our compliance programs.

1. No Refunds After Course Completion

Once a course has been completed — including passing a quiz, final exam, or receiving a certificate of completion — the purchase is considered fulfilled and no refunds will be issued.

2. Access-Based Digital Product Policy

Enrollment grants immediate access to proprietary digital course content. Due to the nature of digital educational products, refunds are generally not available once course access has been granted.

3. Limited Refund Eligibility (Before Completion)

A refund request may be considered only if ALL of the following conditions are met:

  • No more than 10% of the course content has been accessed
  • No quizzes or exams have been attempted
  • No certificate has been issued
  • The request is submitted within 7 days of purchase

Refund requests that meet these conditions will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Approval is not automatic.

4. Employer / Bulk Purchases

Employer-sponsored enrollments, workforce packages, or bulk purchases are non-refundable once access has been issued to employees. If an enrollment was assigned in error and the course has not been accessed, please contact support immediately.

5. Technical Issues

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your course, please contact support before requesting a refund. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve access issues promptly.

6. Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting Marijuana Handlers™ support may result in suspension of course access and account privileges pending investigation.
