Employer Training Agreement
Effective Date: January 1, 2026
This Employer Training Agreement (“Agreement”) governs the purchase and assignment of Marijuana Handlers™ training programs for workforce use.
1. Enrollment Assignment
Employers are responsible for assigning enrollments to the correct employees. Once course access has been issued to an employee, the enrollment is considered activated.
2. Non-Transferable Licenses
Course enrollments are licensed to a single individual and may not be transferred between employees after activation.
3. No Refund After Assignment
Employer-sponsored enrollments are non-refundable once access credentials have been issued, except in cases where no course activity has occurred and notice is provided within 7 days of purchase.
4. Employee Compliance Responsibility
Employers are responsible for ensuring employees complete assigned training in accordance with applicable state laws, regulatory standards, and internal compliance requirements.
5. Documentation & Records
Marijuana Handlers™ provides certificates of completion upon successful course completion. Employers are responsible for maintaining training records as required by state or local authorities.
6. Access Period
Workforce enrollments include access for 180 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
7. Limitation of Liability
Marijuana Handlers™ provides educational training only and does not guarantee regulatory approval, licensure, or avoidance of penalties. Compliance responsibility ultimately rests with the licensed business.
8. Agreement Acceptance
By purchasing workforce training, the Employer agrees to these terms.
